We Believe Down Time Is Not Acceptable
If you run a business and a computer fails, it will cost you money. If your personal computer fails, it can cost you your sanity. If you're a student and your computer crashes the day before a project is due, it can cost you your grade (and the money you paid for the class!). None of our customers should ever have to deal with downtime. Unfortunately, some down time is unavoidable, but we do everything we can to get you back up and running ASAP, whether it's by using loaner computers or burning the midnight oil.
We Believe Diagnosis & Estimates Should Be Free
You will never be charged to find out what the problem is or how much your solution is going to cost. We believe in our service and our pricing so much that we know you won't find better quality or lower prices anywhere else. The other guys charge you before they've even done anything for you because they need a way to keep your business. We know that once you meet with us, you'll feel completely comfortable in your choice with The Computer Doctors!
We Don't Believe in Weekends, Holidays, or Nights
We have a competitive advantage over everyone else. We truly LOVE what we do. If you need help on a holiday, a weekend, or in the middle of the night, we will make every effort to accomodate your request. This is fun for us! It's like getting a call from a friend.
